    * Entered into placing agreement with pinestone securities 
    * Placing agreement at placing price of hk$0.266 per share 
    * Pinestone Securities as placing agent to procure not less 
than six placees to subscribe for up to 152 million placing 
shares 
    * Net proceeds are estimated to be approximately hk$39.7 
million 
    * Intends to apply net proceeds from placing as to hk$20 
million to finance acquisition of properties
