Brief: Kingbostrike says Tuori Energy entered into first disposal agreement

April 13 (Reuters) - Kingbostrike Ltd  1421.HK  
    * Purchaser entered into first disposal agreement with Dai 
Yong as vendor and Tuori energy as purchaser for consideration 
of RMB19 million 
    * Pursuant to first disposal agreement, Tuori Energy agreed 
to pay consideration directly to purchaser 
    * Purchaser entered into second disposal agreement with 
Tianjin Kaihe energy technology as vendor and Tuori Energy as 
purchaser 
    * Tianjin Kaihe Energy Technology agreed to sell and tuori 
energy agreed to purchase entire registered capital of Qingdao 
Qiguang in consideration of rmb16 million 
    * Pursuant to second disposal agreement, tuori energy agreed 
to pay consideration directly to purchaser 
    * Upon completion of deemed disposals, group will record a 
profit on disposal of approximately s$2.3 million
