 * Company has noted the recent decrease in the price and increase in the 
   trading volume of the shares of the company 
 * Says save as disclosed, board confirms that it is not aware of any reason for 
   such movements or of any information 
 * Informed by peng rongwu, the chairman of board and an executive director, 
   that he was aware of a disposal of 1 million shares 
 * After disposal, shareholding interests of peng in company reduced from 
   approximately 11.24% to approximately 11.11%
