Dec 21 (Reuters) - Ch Child Care  1259.HK : 
    * An estimated gain of approximately rmb23.9 million will be 
recorded in respect of deemed disposal 
    * Fujian Herun intends to utilise fund from capital increase 
for development of distributorship network for its products in 
prc 
    * Frog Prince (China), Fujian Herun and subscriber entered 
into capital increase agreement 
    * Pursuant to agreement subscriber agreed to make a capital 
contribution of rmb33 million to Fujian Herun
