Result of Annual General Meeting

Prospex Energy PLC (AIM: PXEN), the AIM quoted investment company focused on
European gas and power projects, is pleased to announce that all resolutions
proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly
passed.

 

The total number of votes received on each resolution is as follows:

therefore continue to engage with shareholders on the forward plans for the
