Brazil's iFood in advanced talks to buy benefits card firm Caju, Valor reports SAO PAULO, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Brazilian delivery app iFood, owned by Dutch investment group Prosus PRX.AS, is in advanced negotiations to acquire employee benefits provider Caju, Valor Economico reported on Thursday, citing sources.
The transaction could be completed by the end of October, the newspaper said. iFood and Caju did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
