Prosus sells 5% stake in Delivery Hero for around $394 million

May 11 (Reuters) - Dutch technology investor Prosus PRX.AS said on Monday it had sold a 5% stake in Delivery Hero DHER.DE to Aspex Management, taking gross proceeds of around 335 million euros ($394 million). The transaction price represents an about 22% premium to the 30-day volume-weighted average price of Delivery Hero's shares as of May 8.
