Uber to acquire additional 4.5% stake in Delivery Hero, FT reports

April 17 (Reuters) - Uber UBER.N has reached an agreement to acquire an additional 4.5% stake in rival Delivery Hero DHER.DE and will buy around 270 million euros ($318.1 million) of Delivery Hero shares at 20 euros apiece from the German multinational’s largest shareholder, Prosus PRX.AS, the Financial Times reported on Friday.
