("Proteome Sciences" or the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has received notification from Vulpes Investment Management Pte
Ltd ("Vulpes") that on 4 and 5 April 2023 it purchased, respectively, 14,766
and 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 4p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the
Purchase, Vulpes has a total direct and indirect interest in 67,589,772
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 22.89% of Proteome Sciences' total issued share
capital.

 

By virtue of Martin Diggle being a Director of both Vulpes and the Company, he
now has an interest in 67,589,772 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing
22.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.

 

The below notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the
Market Abuse (amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/310.
