EV stocks climb as Tesla surges; Lucid results awaited

** Shares of electric-vehicle makers rise with Lucid Group
 LCID.O  leading gains ahead of its results
    ** Tesla Inc rose 8% as the environmental ministry in the
German state of Brandenburg says it is in the final phase of the

    ** Rivian Automotive  RIVN.O  jumps 7%, Lucid Group
 LCID.O , expected to report Q4 results after market close on
Monday, climbs 9.3% 
    ** Canadian electric school bus manufacturer Lion Electric
Co  LEV.N  up 2.0%, while California-based peer Proterra Inc
 PTRA.O  rises 3.4%
    ** Nikola  NKLA.O , Canoo  GOEV.O , Workhorse  WKHS.O ,
Lordstown Motors  RIDE.O  and Fisker  FSR.N  rise between 1.1%
and 4%
    ** Meanwhile, Lordstown Motors Corp  RIDE.O  plunges 17.6%
after reporting wider quarterly loss and a disappointing sales
outlook  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N2V34M7
    ** Oil prices jumped over $100 a barrel as Western allies
imposed more sanctions on Russia that could cause severe
disruption to its oil exports  O/R
