Notice of General Meeting

 

Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), Europe's leading designer,
developer and producer of fuel cells and electric hybrid systems with a
zero-carbon footprint, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's
announcement on 7 December 2021, a shareholder circular containing a notice
of general meeting of the Company to be held at Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH,
Benzstrasse 7, 82178 Puchheim, Germany at 10.00 a.m. on 29 December 2021, will
shortly be posted to shareholders of the Company (the "Circular"). At the
general meeting, a resolution will be proposed to subdivide each existing
Ordinary Share of 1p each into two new ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("the
Subdivision").

 

A summary of the expected timetable of events regarding the Subdivision are as
follows.

 

 Circular published and sent to Shareholders                               13 December 2021
 Latest time and date for receipt of completed Forms of Proxy              10.00 a.m. on 23 December 2021
 General Meeting                                                           10.00 a.m. on 29 December 2021
 Subdivision Record Date                                                   6.00 p.m. on 29 December 2021
 Admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares                    8.00 a.m. on 30 December 2021
 CREST accounts credited with New Ordinary Shares                                                    30 December 2021
