Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and
producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero
carbon footprint, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held
earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting was duly passed. The proxy
voting results from the AGM were as follows:

As announced on 11 June 2024, resolutions 1 and 2, to receive and adopt the
annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023
Accounts") and to approve the Directors Remuneration Report contained within
the 2023 Accounts respectively, were not proposed at the AGM. A separate
general meeting of the Company will be convened to propose these resolutions
and a further announcement will be made in due course.
