Further to the announcement made on 16 December 2019, the Company announces that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new name Proton Motor Power Systems Plc is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 18 December 2019.
The Company's Ticker, ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
