The Company has been informed that further to the announcement on 20 June 2017, Achim Loecher, a non-executive director of Proton, has yesterday sold 176,396 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.75 pence per New Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction Achim Loecher holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0016 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and options over 9,650,000 Ordinary Shares.
