The Company has been informed that Thomas Melczer, a director of Proton, today sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.054 (c. 4.1 pence) per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Thomas Melczer holds 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.039% of the Company's issued share capital in addition to options over 12,600,000 Ordinary Shares.
