Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 3 June 2015 all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. 
At the meeting Ian Peden, Chariman of Proton Power, said: "ProtonPower delivered a solid performance, in spite of a turbulent economy. This was driven by our Company maintaining its strategic direction: as the leading fuel cell system manufacturer we enhance lives by offering noise free and zero carbon energy solutions to the Stationary, Mobility and Maritime markets.
