Result of Shareholder Meeting and proposed change of name
 
Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that at the Company's Shareholder Meeting held on 12 December 2019 the sole resolution to change the company name to Proton Motor Power Systems PLC put to shareholders was duly passed.
 
A further announcement will be made when the change of name will become effective.
