much as 11.9% to 8.15p, their lowest since April 2019
    ** The hydrogen fuel cell maker posts 2022 operating loss of
10.5 mln pounds ($13.4 mln) vs 9.1 mln pounds loss year ago
    ** Co says results impacted by effects of Russia-Ukraine
conflict
    ** FY22 sales slump 25%, while total order intake down 5.3%
    ** Stock currently down 8.7%, taking YTD losses to more than
27%
