Key management compensation 
 
The directors represent the key management personnel. Details of their
compensation and share options are given in note 6. 
 
26. Post balance sheet events 
 
On 23 April 2014 the Group announced that it had raised net proceeds of
£45,403 by drawing down on its Equity Financing Facility with Darwin Strategic
Limited. 
 
Under the terms of the Equity Financing Facility agreement the Company
allotted 7,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Darwin Strategic
Limited which were admitted to AIM on 29 April 2014.
