** Shares of Province Resources  PRL.AX  rise as much as 10%
to A$0.17, hitting their highest since Aug 16
    ** The vanadium explorer has secured approvals for its
HyEnergy green hydrogen project, with a licence granted for a

    ** Co has secured Section 91 licence under the Land
Administration Act that allows co to begin environmental and
other on-ground studies on site to support a broader feasibility
study for the project
    ** PRL posts its biggest intra-day percentage gain since Aug
24 
    ** Stock up more than 10 times in value YTD, as of last
close
