** Shares in Proximus PROX.BR fall 12%, after the Belgian telecoms group cut its 2025 earnings guidance and reported lower-than-expected Q2 revenues
** Proximus lowers its group EBITDA growth forecast to +1% from around +2% and now sees EBITDA falling 5–10% in its Global segment, down from prior about 20% growth
** The revision is driven by a sharply weaker outlook the Global division, offsetting stronger domestic guidance, J.P.Morgan says
** The group also posted Q2 underlying revenues at 1.54 billion euros ($1.81 billion), below company consensus of 1.65 billion euros
** If losses hold, shares will see their worst day since March 2020
($1 = 0.8511 euros)
