Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in
high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, announces
that it was notified on 16 February 2024 that Stephen Smith, Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, acquired 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Smith's total interest in the Company is now 386,577 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.07 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR,
provides further detail.
