Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The PRS REIT announces that its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, at the offices of
Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, One Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RA.

The following documents (as applicable) have been posted to shareholders or
otherwise made available:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025
("Annual Report");

·      2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·      Form of Proxy.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM 2025 are also available to view and
download on the Company's website at:
