("the PRS REIT" or "the Company")
Q1 Dividend Declaration
The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in
high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, is pleased
to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.1 pence per ordinary share in
respect of the first quarter (July-September 2025) of its current financial
year ending 30 June 2026.
One hundred per cent. (1.1 pence per share) of the dividend will be paid as a
Property Income Distribution.
The dividend will be payable on or around 28 November 2025, to shareholders on
the register on 14 November 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 November
2025.
