Prudential boosts stake in Malaysian insurance unit to 70%

Jan 22 (Reuters) - British insurer Prudential PRU.L said on Thursday its unit has agreed to increase its stake in the company's Malaysian conventional life insurance business to 70% for around 1.52 billion ringgit ($376.61 million).
