Successful pricing of SGD 600,000,000 3.800 per cent. Subordinated Notes due
22 May 2035 by Prudential Funding (Asia) plc (the "Issuer")

The Issuer and the Guarantor today announce that the Issuer has successfully
priced SGD 600,000,000 3.800 per cent. Subordinated Notes due 22 May 2035 (the
"Notes") to be issued pursuant to the Issuer's US$10,000,000,000 Medium Term
Note Programme.

A summary of the principal terms of the Notes is set out below for the
purposes of information only, and will be qualified by the more detailed
information to be contained in the Final Terms relating to the Notes, which
will be made available in due course, and should be read in conjunction with
the prospectus dated 28 March 2025, as supplemented by a supplementary
prospectus dated 2 May 2025 relating to the Issuer's US$10,000,000,000 Medium
Term Note Programme.
