Dr. Harald Schrimpf resigns from the Executive Board

Berlin, June 28, 2023 - As part of the generation change on the Executive
 Board announced on 15 May 2023, Dr. Harald Schrimpf has resigned from his
 position on the Executive Board of PSI Software AG with effect from 30 June
 2023. He will continue to be available to the PSI Group as a consultant until
 the end of 2023 following his departure from the Executive Board.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Schrimpf for the work he has
 done over more than 20 years to build up PSI and for his contribution to the
 company's realignment. It wishes him continued success for his professional
 and personal future.

The departure of Dr. Harald Schrimpf does not change any of the strategic
 developments that have been planned by PSI and will be continued without
 interruption. In addition to the growth of the operating business, this
 includes the development of the cloud-based PSI App Store, the collaboration
 environment for customers and partners, and the implementation of industrial
 PSI AI solutions for optimized and sustainable production and energy supply.

Until Robert Klaffus, the newly appointed CEO of PSI, takes up his position,
 Gunnar Glöckner, CFO of PSI, will be responsible for the work of the
 Executive Board.

The PSI Group develops its own software products for optimizing the flow of
 energy and materials for utilities (energy grids, energy trading, public
 transport) and industry (metals production, automotive, mechanical
 engineering, logistics). The industry-specific products, which are built from
 standard components, are sold both directly and via the cloud-based PSI App
 Store and can also be customized by customers and partners themselves. PSI was
