** Co says it reached a settlement with KAOS Capital, ending a shareholder dispute that began last month

** KAOS had accused the company of actions that allegedly caused financial harm; Psyence denied the claims - PBM

** Deal includes a $1.5 mln payment to KAOS and the withdrawal of all allegations by both sides, per co

** KAOS will sell all its shares to a third party chosen by PBM for $5 each, PBM says

** Settlement follows an Ontario court hearing where KAOS's request to delay a shareholder meeting was dismissed

** Shares down ~96% in 2025
