Audit by DG Comp 
Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that since 14.02.2017 a team from the DG Comp of the European Union is conducting an audit in PPC according to Article 20 of Council Regulation 1/2003 of the European Union.
The audit is conducted pursuant to a relevant Decision of the Commission dated 01.02.2017 for an alleged abuse of dominant position from PPC side in the wholesale market for electricity generation since 2010 and onwards.
Company's management, respecting the Commission's procedures, institutions and bodies, is providing to the auditors every possible assistance for the facilitation of their work. 
Besides, PPC is operating with full transparency, strictly in accordance with the applicable provisions of laws and codes.
