Delisting of Global Depository Receipts issued by PPC.S.A.

Public Power Corporation S.A. wishes to announce that intends to cancel the listing of its Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") representing interests in ordinary shares on the Official List. This will result in the cancellation of trading of its GDRs on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").

Bank of New York Mellon (the "Depositary") has already circulated a termination notice relating to the GDR programmes.

The cancellation of listing refers to GDRs with the features presented below, together with other information relevant to the delisting:

3. Reason for cancellation of listing and trading

The Company has decided to delist its depositary receipts due to the fact that there has been no trading activity in the last years and thus, the costs related to maintaining the listing are not justifiable.

4. Schedule of cancellation of listing and trading

The cancellation of listing and trading of GDRs on the LSE shall be effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, 28 November 2017 (the "Delisting Date").

The GDRs will not be listed or traded anywhere else after the Delisting Date.

It is noted that the Company's shares will continue to be traded in Greece on the Athens Stock Exchange.
