Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that Mr. Em. Koroniotakis, Chairman & Deputy CEO of IPTO S.A. and Mr. I. Blanas, Chief Executive Officer of IPTO S.A. resigned from their positions on February 6, 2017. The procedures provided for, by Law and the Company's Articles of Incorporation, will be followed for their replacement.
