    ** Co gives contract to Prozeal Green Energy for 15.4
megawatt solar project 
    ** Project for itself, to cut down on energy costs, PUDJ
says 
    ** In fiscal-ended March 2024, power costs, with water and
fuel, formed 16.4% of co's total spends - the second-largest
expense after raw materials
    ** YTD, stock has more than doubled
