$1.77 before the bell
    ** U.S. FDA clears PLSE's medical device, CellFX System,
already used to treat various skin conditions, to now treat

    ** Sebaceous hyperplasia is a condition where oil-producing
cells enlarges leading to formation of small bumps under the
skin
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had lost ~90% YTD
