Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today
published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating
to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £10 million, with an
over-allotment facility of up to £10 million, details of which were set out
in a prospectus issued by the Company on 17 September 2024.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
