Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today
published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating
to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £10 million, with an
over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million, details of which were
set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 9 September 2025.

On 24 November 2025, the Company published an updated unaudited net asset
value per share as at 21 November 2025 (the "Updated NAV Announcement").

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement
under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services
and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the Updated NAV
Announcement.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
