Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today
published a third supplementary prospectus (the "Third Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to
£10 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million,
details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 9
September 2025 (as supplemented by the First Supplementary Prospectus issued
by the Company on 28 November 2025 and the Second Supplementary Prospectus
issued by the Company on 15 January 2026).

On 7 April 2026, the Company published an updated unaudited net asset value
per ordinary share as at 2 April 2026 (the "2 April 2026 NAV").

The publication of the Third Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory
requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial
Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the 2 April
2026 NAV.

The Third Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
