Offer for Subscription - Offer Timetable

 

On 9 September 2025, Puma AIM VCT plc (the "Company") published a prospectus
(the "Prospectus") in relation to an offer for subscription for new Ordinary
Shares of £0.01 each in the Company to raise up to £10 million, with an
over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £10 million (the "Offer").

 

The Directors announce an amendment to the timetable of the Offer. The
Prospectus states that the deadline for receipt of online applications for
final allotment in the 2025/2026 tax year is 12 noon on 30 March 2026. The
Directors hereby extend the deadline for receipt of online applications for
final allotment in the 2025/2026 tax year to 12 noon on 1 April 2026.
