Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today
published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating
to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £15 million, with an
over-allotment facility of up to £5 million, details of which were set out in
a prospectus issued by the Company on 15 January 2025.

On 3 June 2025, the Company published an unaudited net asset value per share
as at 31 May 2025 (the "Updated NAV Announcement").  Further, on the 17 June
2025, the Company published its annual report and accounts for the year ended
28 February 2025 (the "2025 Accounts").

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement
under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services
and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of each of the Updated NAV
Announcement and the 2025 Accounts.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
