** Stock last up 0.5%
** ANTA announces completion of the acquisition of 29.06% equity interest in Puma SE PUMG.DE with all closing conditions under the share purchase agreement fulfilled and the transfer of 43.01 million shares completed on October 7
** YTD, stock down 10.9%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI down 6.8%
