Anta Sports to acquire 29.1% of Puma from Artémis in $1.8 billion deal
Jan 27 (Reuters) - Anta Sports Products 2020.HK said on Tuesday it would buy a 29.06% stake in Puma SE PUMG.DE for 1.51 billion euros ($1.79 billion) from the Pinault family's Artémis holding company.
