Disposal of stake in Tictrac Limited
The Board of Puma VCT 13 plc is pleased to announce that Tictrac Limited
("Tictrac") has been acquired by Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. In 2020 the
Company invested £1,850,000 in Tictrac. The exit represents a 1.93x return on
the Company's investment, representing an IRR of 37.18%. The resulting cash
proceeds attributable to the Company are not materially different from the
value at which the Company currently holds its investment in Tictrac.
Tictrac offers an advanced health and wellness app for insurance companies and
corporate clients to provide to their user bases. The app integrates data from
wearable technology, delivering it to end users in a digestible format to
drive up levels of engagement and increase customer loyalty.
