Dividend Declaration

The Board of Puma VCT 13 plc is pleased to announce that it has declared an
interim dividend of 3p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 28
February 2026.

The ex-dividend date will be 19 February 2026 and the record date 20 February
2026. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or around 13 March 2026.
