Intention to Fundraise

 

The Company is pleased to announce its intention to launch a new offer for
subscription in September 2023 to raise up to £50 million with an
over-allotment facility of up to a further £20 million (the "Offer").

 

A Prospectus containing further details will be available to shareholders and
potential new investors on the launch of the Offer.
