Offer for Subscription Update

On 11 August 2022 Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") published a prospectus in
relation to an offer for subscription for new ordinary shares of £0.0005 each
in the Company to raise up to £40 million, with an over-allotment facility to
raise up to a further £10 million (the "Offer").

Following strong demand for the Offer, the directors of the Company resolved
to exercise the over-allotment facility in full and, accordingly, the maximum
amount that the Company could raise under the Offer was increased to £50
million.

The Company announces that the Offer is now fully subscribed and is closed to
further applications.
