** Shares of Puravankara Ltd  PURA.NS  rise as much as 10.3%
to 104.1 rupees, logs biggest pct gain since Dec. 6
    ** Real estate development co reported on Thursday it
achieved sale value 11.26 billion rupees ($136.62 million) in
Q1FY24, up 119% Y/Y
    ** Additionally, average price realization increased by 11%
to 8,277 rupees/sft during the qtr
    ** If trend holds, co on track for second consecutive
session of gains
    ** More than 966,873 shares change hands by 11:25 a.m. IST
vs 2.6x 30-day avg of 370,680 shares
    ** Stock up 2.7% this year, up to last close
