** Shares of Pure Hydrogen  PH2.AX  fall 3% to A$0.096
    ** PH2 fell as much as 5.1% to a record low of A$0.94,
earlier in the session
    ** Clean energy firm says that a claim has been filed
against the co claiming damages from the termination of a
contract of A$8.1 million ($5.06 million)
    ** Co intends to vigorously defend the matter as it claims
that it is entirely without merit
    ** 967,778 shares change hands, 2.9 times the 30-day average
of 338,174
    ** Stock fell 8.6% YTD, including current session's moves
