** The clean energy firm signs Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with U.S. based ETHERO Truck + Energy
** MoU is for distribution and supply of co's Hydrogen Fuel
Cell Electric (FCEV) and Battery Electric (BEV) vehicles into
the U.S. market
** Stock has risen 23.1% YTD, as of 0059 GMT
