** Shares of Pure Hydrogen  PH2.AX  rise as much as 7.7% to
A$0.210, their highest level since June 18    
    ** Australian clean energy co says MoU signed with
California's Riverview International Trucks for distribution and
supply of hydrogen fuel cell electric and battery electric
trucks 
    ** PH2 up 50% YTD, as of last close
