    ** The global data and insights co signs binding transaction
agreement with i-Link Research Solutions for A$1.25 million 
($830,750.00)
    ** Under deal, co to acquire advanced technology platforms &
software, among others
    ** Co on track for second consecutive sessions of gains
    ** Stock is down over 28% this year as of last close
