PureTech Health plc (Nasdaq: PRTC, LSE: PRTC) ("PureTech" or the "Company"), a
clinical-stage biotherapeutics company dedicated to changing the lives of
patients with devastating diseases, announces the transfer of shares by a
non-executive director ("PDMR").

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 257,927,489 shares,
18,506,177 shares of which are held in treasury by the Company.
